Is it really by hand?

Yes. Every letter is written with a pen by a person. No robot pens. No printed handwriting fonts.

Who sees my address?

Only our mail desk. Your writer gets your first name, your town, and the interests you pick at signup. Never your street. We never sell, rent, or share the list.

What do I actually receive?

A printed letter about the town you named, mailed to a US address each month. Not a PDF. Not a drip email, unless you separately opt into a partner newsletter.

Can I buy this as a gift?

Yes. You pay $14.99 a month or $140 a year. You enter the recipient first name, what they like, and a mailing address. We never add the recipient or the buyer to a newsletter from a gift order.

What does “in partnership with” a newsletter mean?

Hometown Letters is the product on the envelope. A local newsletter such as Brandywine Buzz or Bucks Buzz helps us write the letter and may offer their free email on self-purchases only.

Do I have to get the email too?

No. The checkbox is only on self-purchases from a partner page, and you can uncheck it. Gifts never show it.

When does it come?

The same week every month. You get an email the day your letter mails, with your writer's name.

How do I stop?

Pause or cancel in two clicks from the Stripe customer portal, or write us. No phone call.

What does it cost?

$14.99 a month, or $140 a year. The year saves $39.88, about 22%.

Where do you mail from?

PO Box 000, Downingtown PA 19335. Placeholder return address. Kyle will set the real mailing address.
